Robert F. Reid, C.L.U.

In the early 1970's, Bob joined a large firm of Consulting Actuaries and retired as Vice President and Director of an associated company that specialized in marketing Group Insurance. He had a desire to own his own business and enhance his family’s lifestyle. Together with his Partner, Bob founded Ancorra Insurance Services Agency Inc. Bob was the Managing Partner of Ancorra from 1995 until the new Company was formed. Bob, his new Partner, and his key staff formed "Aultis Insurance & Financial Solutions Inc." to concentrate on the core business and provide a new, higher level of proactive service and solutions.

Bob holds a Chartered Life Underwriter (C.L.U.), an industry degree that acknowledges his study and commitment to the industry. He was also on the Advisory Board of the Chamber of Commerce Insurance Corporation and on the Marketing Council of The Johnston Group. Bob is a Shareholder and on the Board of Directors of a major Canadian Benefits Consulting Firm. Bob has held various Executive positions within the community.

Michael E. Reid

Mike graduated from College with a diploma in Business Administration/Marketing. He began his Financial Services career with Nesbitt Burns as a Sales Associate. In this capacity he was responsible for all aspects of Office Administration necessary for the efficient and effective functioning of the office. Mike was responsible for providing support service to two Representatives with tens of millions in assets, and several hundred clients.

With a desire to move forward, Mike accepted a position with The Ancorra Group in 1997, in the Group Services area. In 1999, the opportunity arose for Mike to enhance his career in the Financial Services sector, including the group benefits area, through a Partnership with Bob Reid, in the formation of Aultis Insurance & Financial Solutions Inc.

Judith A. Duesling, Senior Executive Assistant

Judy started her Benefit/Executive Assistant career with us in 1992.

Judy is the key link in the Marketing and Administration of our Group Benefit practice. With Aultis having state-of-the-art information technology facilities and providing "next generation" options to our clients, Judy's role continues to expand as she co-ordinates our clients and provides e-benefits data. Our links to high tech benefit providers and insurers sets us apart from everyone else.

With our "next generation" funding ideas becoming so popular, Judy is called upon to provide ongoing technical information to clients as well as on our e-benefits approach.
